Executive Chef Jon Simoneau has developed a menu that features fresh, sustainable raised Colorado beef for quality steak selections and a range of New American dishes that can be enjoyed. We also have a full cocktail bar and carefully curated an extensive selection of wines that is approachable and newcomers and connoisseurs alike.

We are located adjacent to Union Station on the corner of 15th & Wynkoop. Our focus is on consistently good food without the frills and fuss of haute cuisine but delivering on 5-star service.

    The waitress was very knowledgeable on the menu and the drinks. She helped explain the different drinks to help me pick one and it was a great pick. We ordered the miso salmon and the flank steak they both were very delicious. Would go back again!

    Went here during Denver Restaurant Week and ordered off the RW menu. The food was delicious! New take on traditional Calamari - absolutely excellent! Our server let us know that they had a 16-Top table dining that evening and as a result our food may be slightly delayed out of the kitchen, but there was honestly no noticeable wait for food; they were very attentive. The cocktails were superb as well.

    I love the blue velvet booths. The venue is not in a cellar but is still quaint. I really enjoyed the Calamari and Steak Frites.

    Keanna was the BEST SERVER!! She was responsive and had good recommendations!! She set me up with an AMAZING wine flight for my food. HIGHLY recommend and I WILL RETURN!!!

    Really loved our experience and food last night; we’ll be back. Bummed that the Korean Lollipops were sold out, but food and drinks were top notch as was the service. Definitely not a quiet room but there are other steakhouses in town that are far louder, and the energy was good even at 9 at night. Again, loved it.

    This spot is super cute. It’s a great place to go with a small group or something more intimate. Steak, wine, and fries are amazing.

    They were out of 2/4 steak options. Servers failed to communicate and we found ourselves repeating what we had just said when ordering/getting a table.
