The smith is great. It’s a fun vibe and the food is really good. Specifically the ricotta gnocchi is the same as ambrosia

The food is mediocre and underwhelming. You’d be better off going to shake shack. Flat iron steak asked for medium - was well done on one side, medium rare the other. Took an hour from ordering our food to receive our main meal. The short rib rigatoni - the short ribs are chopped so small we thought it was missing. Portions were small for the price. The brick flattened chicken was rubbery and you didn’t want to finish for fear of eating bones (the sauce with it def wasn’t as advertised). The server was nice. Just don’t go here. Have tried several times and underwhelmed every time. Every time I go, I’m reminded why I try to steer folks away from.

The food was tasty, the service was great, and the dessert was incredible! (The sticky toffee pudding was divine!) Great ambience!

We were seated and left. For 30 mins!! When the food came, it was cold. But of course, the second we’d finished, the guy was there for payment. Strange how quickly they wanted money and how slow they were to ask what we wanted to eat. I’m very difficult to disappoint - I know how hard it is to give good service in a restaurant when everyone has different needs. But I was very disappointed. We come regularly before Caps games but we’ll try somewhere else next time.

The last few times I have been here the service has just been slow. To the point where I think the server has forgotten about me. It's always loud but for me that's not a deal breaker and the food has always been reliably good.

I had high expectations for this steakhouse, but unfortunately, it fell short. The service was mediocre at best—our server only showed up to take our order and was hardly attentive throughout the meal. I ordered the oyster sampler, but it never arrived. The biggest disappointment was the steak. The waiter didn’t even ask how I wanted it cooked, and it came out well-done instead of my preferred temperature. For the price, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, it was not worth the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
