First time eating there thoroughly enjoyed it food excellent and atmosphere cozy relaxing. Just what you want on a cold November evening. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic service and excellent quality food. Every person in our party loved it. Great kids options, and they were very accommodating with our fussy two. Staff were super friendly, creating a lovely relaxed and cosy atmosphere. Food was served hot and fresh. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back! : )

First visit to the Ship with our two grandsons. Lovely cozy pub, great service and lovely food. Definitely be going again.

Lovely fish and chips and Sunday roast. Great mini deserts. Beautiful building and great atmosphere.

Disappointed with our main meal…the pie crust was very hard and had to pour lots of gravy to soften and the vegetables were very sparse . Very overpriced meal for what it was.They only had a choice of one beer on tap and that when it came had sediment in it. The pub was fairly quiet when visiting, the staff were friendly and the service good.

Lovely pub, great food, excellent attentive, friendly staff. One of the best Stilton sauces I've had.

We had a fantastic experience today for sunday lunch. We booked a couple of hours in advance. We were next to the bar. We were not rushed at all. The food was wonderful. It was full of flavour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there for a couple of hours and were not rushed at all. It was a perfect way to spend a sunday afternoon.

First visit to The Ship… went with another couple and really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. Food was great, good choice and good value. Really friendly staff, offering good service and a warm welcome. We will definitely return

Hi me and my partner had a lovely meal on Wednesday 19th September. The food was outstanding and the lady who served us was excellent and extremely friendly. We will definitely be coming back as we had a lovely time,great food and great customer service.
