The Savoy is a creative effort to honor our rich history while also looking to the future. As we focus on a progressive style of Midwest hospitality, we aim to use classic techniques with contemporary touches in our kitchen. Our food is thoughtful, yet approachable as we pride ourselves on welcoming all guests from all walks of life.

Our focus on seasonal ingredients from local farmers gives us deep ties in our community and allows us to use the highest quality products for our dishes. Our evolving and interesting cocktail and wine lists reproduce this idea of using products from local distilleries and family-owned vineyards to give our guests classic yet progressive options to enhance your dining experience.

We celebrated our birthdays and Valentine’s Day and it did not disappoint for special occasions. It was expensive, but the food was good.

We were disappointed that the menu on the website was not actually offered in the restaurant. The predinner dinner drinks and bartender were very good. The fillet was very good but everything else for the value was average.

Excellent steak, phenomenal service, and wonderful live jazz. One of the coziest old school dining experiences in KC. Step into 1930’s ambience and step away from your busy life for a couple hours. Trust me you’ll enjoy every minute!

One of the best meals we’ve ever had. The pork chops and shrimp curry were to die for! Cannot recommend the Savoy enough.

Savoy is memorably great venue with a great historic feel, with cozy booth spaces, elegant Jazz era woodwork and stain glass windows, with an iconic original bar. Excellent, knowledgeable, and highly professional wait staff, and the food service was perfectly timed and delicious for our entire party of 7. Prices are predictably a bit more on the high side, but the ambience and dining experience makes it well worth it.

Came from Omaha to go to IKEA really quick and chose here for a quick meal back home, I think Ryan was his name, was our server and he was amazing, very knowledgeable on the menu. I eat a lot of salmon and the salmon was cooked beautifully, my girlfriend enjoyed her carbonara as well, but the fennel rigatoni I think was the dish we enjoyed the most. Everything was outstanding, will definitely be back if ever in town.

Went for Breakfast. Food was delicious. Well prepared and plentiful. Service was excellent. Both prompt when we needed them, while allowing for relaxing dining. They accommodated one of our party’s request to modify the items on the plate to better meet her diabetic needs. Hilton recently purchased this hotel/ restaurant. I hope the new ownership has the wisdom to recognize this restaurant has excellent staff and service. They may want to make minor tweaks to the menu or the hours. But they should avoid the common buyout error of change for change sake. Taking input from the staff who know what this community values and continue to restore the Savoy to its previous status as one of the premier restaurants in the greater kc area.

We had an absolutely amazing experience! All of the staff members were so nice and wonderful! The food and drinks were top notch! Our server had some wonderful recommendations! And the ice cream and sorbet for dessert was delicious! Absolutely recommend!!

We had the best meal we've had in years. The food was fantastic, service was excellent. She had the duck and I had the rack of lamb, both excellent. The dessert was wow!!!
