    We had a lovely holiday lunch with friends at Knife in the Ritz. Starting with a delicious Margarita Pizza from the Italian menu then moving on to a classic Caesar salad topped with wild salmon. A side of scrambled eggs stirred with jalapeños & chives finished the meal. The room was filled with families in town for the Cowboys game and therefore a bit noisy. Coping was very easy however as we were Sheparded through our courses by Kyle our expert server.

    Best meal I have had in a long time. I finished every plate I was served which is so unlike me. The appetizers were amazing and I wanted to order more! Service was great, our drinks alway stayed full. No complaints, can’t wait to go back

    Overall the vibe were great, the appetizers were great, then my bolognese pasta was little too salty.

    Somewhat crowded and a bit noisy but still a treat. Alexis, our awesome regular restaurant staffer was on the scene to quickly ascertain our needs and provide hearty sustenance. Started with the always delicious French butte4y croissants followed by a tasty GEM Salad topped with wild salmon. A side of scrambled eggs stirred with chives and jalapeños added delight. Even with a holiday crowd Sunday Brunch at Knife at the Ritz is not to be missed

    Outstanding service during all facet of the dining experience (including the valets outside). The prix fixe dinner (Thanksgiving meal) didn't really allow us to sample a "full" menu, but what we had was very good. We'll be back.

    WHAT A VIBE! Delicious food, EXCELLENT service and fun atmosphere! Enjoyed a special thanksgiving lunch…would def reserve for Christmas if we were going to be here!! Thank you Knife Italian!!

    There were some good things; whoever is their saucier is phenomenal… the sauces were the best part of the meal. But every dish was either missing something or improperly cooked. And our server, who seemed to want to be anywhere but there, left much to be desired which is disappointing given the level of hospitality at the ritz where the restaurant resides. For $400+ for 2 people I would have expected more. The pasta came undercooked, they did bring us a new one that was better but I’ve had better pasta elsewhere. The cauliflower side ended up being the dish I enjoyed the most as far as quality, taste, balance of flavors. The veal meatballs were over seasoned, not so salty they were inedible but salty. The pear panna cotta dessert was pretty well executed but was missing an acid component to balance it out … both desserts were fine but not worth $18 each. The peppercorn sauce we got on the steak was phenomenal. We ordered a 60 dry aged ribeye steak. It was fine but I wouldn’t get it again. The ambiance was nice although maybe a hair too dark in the space. We had originally had dinner plans elsewhere but when we decided to stay at the ritz, we changed dinner plans to eat at Knife, but if we stayed here again, we’d go off property somewhere else. Not terrible but not memorable and certainly not worth it at the price tag sadly.

    we enjoyed a very nice Sunday Brunch at the striking Knife restaurant in the Ritz Carlton with friends. Alexis our proficient server,made ordering so easy. Scrambled eggs with chives and jalapeños for starters followed by smoked salmon with delightful croissants.
