Diese gastronomische Einrichtung produziert die meisten Zutaten im eigenen Varietal Garden selbst und arbeitet auch direkt mit lokalen Bauern zusammen. Freuen Sie sich deswegen auf ein spektakuläres kulinarisches Erlebnis mit Fokus auf den reichen Zutaten sowie Weine von Weltklasse, die diese Region prägen. Durch die Partnerschaft mit lokalen Bauern entwickelt sich das Menü kontinuierlich weiter, um die frischesten Zutaten zu integrieren. Ähnlich der Philosophie des Restaurants in den Weinbergen setzt es überzeugt auf eine nachhaltige und biologisch-dynamischen Landwirtschaft, einschließlich der lokalen Beschaffung von Lebensmitteln, dem ökologischen Landbau und dem Programm OceanWise des Aquariums Vancouver.     Wir waren zum Dinner im Mission Hill Restaurant, es ist sehr schön den Sonnenuntergang bei exzellentem Essen zu genießen. Die Qualität der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr aufmerksam.

    My daughter is vegan & has food allergies and we were surprised & disappointed that the chef was not able to come up with anything but a small salad for her. My son did not enjoy his set lunch and although I did enjoy my bites of perogees & scallops, as a group, we came away sad that we had chosen to go the restaurant for lunch. The service was slow with the waiter forgetting who had ordered what & with very significant time lapses between courses. 2.5 hours for starters & a dessert.
