The Pavilion Restaurant is open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday, and features lovely views to The Calliope Vineyard, across the vast expanse of lawn. When the weather is fine, we open the French Doors & pull up the patio blinds, creating an alfresco dining experience. When it’s not so nice, we seat you in the inner restaurant, featuring plenty of natural light and glimpses of the vineyard and garden.
Our menu prepared by Head Chef Drew Buntine, features fresh, local produce, perfectly matched to the extensive range of Buller Wines from our wine list. Our entrées are perfect for sharing and Drew's Grass Fed, Eye Fillet Steak, with a Balladeer Jus is a winner with steak lovers. For guests who enjoy to finish their meal on a sweet note, our Sticky Muscat Pudding with Muscat Sauce is perfect with a glass of muscat.
Join us on Sunday March 16th between 12pm and 4pm & enjoy your favourite pizza with a glass of Pinot ~ Noir or Grigio ~ the choice is yours.

If Pinot isn't your thing, try a Pale Ale from Strathbogie Brewery, also a perfect pairing.

Enjoy a glass of Wine, Beer or Soft drink on arrival with our Sharing Entree Platter. Followed by a delicious main meal of Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder Easter Roast or Crispy Skinned Chicken Breast with Creamy Buerre Blanc Sauce, Parsnip Puree & Seasonal Greens. And to finish, select from our Sticky Muscat Pudding with Muscat Sauce or our Vanilla Pan Cotta with Berries & Chocolate Garnish.

First time experience dining at the Pavillion Restaurant.
I worked at the winery back in the late 80's early 90's so the visit was a sentimental visit back intime and further to see the progress that has been made since.
The Pavillion restaurant was absolutely wonderful from being greeted and seated, service delivery and presentation of each course was exceptional.
Seated at a table overlooking the lawn and accomodation was stunning.

Food is exceptional and service was special. Crispy seared duck breast on creamy risotto, some of the best batter I’ve ever tried on calamari. Amazing sticky muscat pudding. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely host. Can’t wait to return
