  Roasted squash, grapefruit, candy striped beets, croutons, with a grapefruit vinaigrette

• Charred Romaine Salad

  Romaine wedge that's been lightly kissed on the grill served with parmesan cheese, pickled onions, croutons, and caesar dressing

• French Onion Soup

  Caramelized onions in a rich beef broth, toasted baguette, roasted provolone cheese

• Lobster Bisque

  Decadent soup served with a lobster crema and lobster meat

Third Course

Pick One Entree Per Person

• Chicken Marbella

  Pan roasted Airline chicken breast served in a briny tomato sauce with olives and capers, with a crab ricotta gnudi

• Scallops

  Plump juicy sea scallops with braised pork belly, a creamy risotto, and homemade tomato jam

• Lobster

  Butter poached lobster tail served on top of a 12 hour braised short rib ragu tossed in pappardelle pasta

• Classic Surf n Turf

  Beautifully marbled ribeye steak paired with grilled shrimp, charred asparagus, and a bearnaise sauce

• Squash Boat

  Roasted acorn and butternut squash with roasted cauliflower, pomegranate molasses
