At The Library, the familiar aroma of coffee, the promise of a delicious meal, and the anticipation of friendly buzz will offer a reprieve from the daily chaos. It is where the community as a whole comes to refill their cup, both proverbially and, often, quite literally. You will find dining options both inside and outside, as well as at the bar. For walk-up service, our pastry counter offers coffee, tea and pastries throughout the day. We look forward to serving the community, visitors, and hospital staff alike.

Great brunch inside at the library. They had live music and the appetizers and mains were great. We came back the following week!

We haven’t been to the Library in a while and decided to have dinner with friends. There is a sense that the restaurant has lost its luster. The front staff seemed polite and sat is promptly. kindly of empty for a Thursday evening. The first table was under very harsh bookcase lighting and they moved us at our request. Lighting in the restaurant is poorly designed. There are many pendants with exposed bulbs that are harsh with minimal accent lighting that isn’t glaring. Need much improvement. The upholstery on the banquettes looks a bit worn. A bit of maintenance would go a long way. Service was good but a bit slow between courses. The cocktails were tasty. Food had nice flavors. The cauliflower app was delicious.. the desert menus was underwhelming so we skipped it. Location is unusual in the middle of hospital building and shared bathrooms which I think is a big hindrance to making this an institution in St. Pete. I think it might be time for a refresh or relocation.

Keira is an amazing waitress and professional Kate is one of a kind Gabe is so cerebral Aaron is cool as the other side of the pillow JP is cool as Tubbs from Miami Vice Glory is a beast!!! Miss Jason!!!

Great food - been there a few times & it’s consistent no matter the menu choice. Acoustics not the best, service is really attentive. Plan to return.
