The evening started off well. We were seated right away and it went downhill after that. There were others next to us were seated, got their water bread and drinks before I got up to tell someone no one has greeted us with water or anything else. They were apologetic but it didn’t get any better. The drink were horrible. Sent back twice. Finally switched to wine because you can’t mess that up. Ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts as an appetizer that arrives to us cold and raw. I ordered a salad that came without dressing so had to ask for that. At every turn, it was poor. The fish did not taste fresh. The ambiance is really nice. The food and drinks were absolutely horrible! How do you mess up a vodka and tonic? Or even a Paloma? I do not go to a restaurant to be ignored for $200! Gratuity built in. 18% for horrible service. Will never go there again.

I had the prime rib and it was sorta tough again and it’s more like a strip steak ….its the 3rd time I’ve have had it. Is it a different style or cut of meat ? Plus no pop overs ? Sorry but want to tell you

We enjoyed our experience at the Jupiter Grill. It is our third time Mark, a.k.a. grasshopper was our waiter. He was very friendly, informative, and efficient . The service was good and The food was excellent. I look forward to working my way through the other selections on the menu.

We came here for second night in a row for dinner. That says a lot. This time we ate at the bar and like the day before had amazing servers. We also met the manager Alex who leads by example. You can tell by his personality as well as the staffs friendliness that they enjoy their work and make it an enjoyable stay for the customers who eat there..

Absolutely amazing. Upon entering our hostess was great, our beautiful server Beck was such a sweetheart. She actually introduced us the Chef Reagan who's dishes are a work of art.. We loved it so much we canceled prior reservations elsewhere and re-booked here.. See ya again tonight..
