    Nice to visit again the restaurant. The staff as always friendly and helpful. The lobster linguine is my favourite.

    A bit disappointing. You can usually rely on the Ivy across all sites for consistent quality but today was the first time I left feeling underwhelmed. Service, atmosphere etc all V good but less so on the food. Roast at £30 a go is pretty punchy and was very bland esp beef and the lamb very fatty. Despite what looked like a good kids offering on the kids menu the two pasta dishes tasted a bit odd, almost as if cumin or something curry like added to both the tomato sauce and bolognese. Food more like what I’d accept for 30-50% less in price in an average pub and not the Ivy. Hopefully a one off and wouldn’t put me off the Ivy group, but perhaps wouldn’t rush back to this branch in Blackheath.

    Great food and lovely atmosphere/decor. Good value for money on the food, the portions were nicely sized! The staff were amazing, so nice and helpful! Went for my friends birthday and they helped make it a great experience. I think it's probably one of the best places I've been to in London in terms of the service! Will definitely be going back!

    We booked a meal for a birthday Received a very warm welcome, we had a choice of a table although it was busy. Our young waiter Isher was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the menu. He made us feel relaxed and welcomed. He was pleasant at all times. We throughly enjoyed our meal choices. One criticism was that the shepherds pie should have been lamb only and not including beef. We are Sikhs and some of us don’t eat beef but would have enjoyed the pie if only made with lamb. We will definitely visit the Ivy again soon. Thank you to all the staff and especially to Isher
