Great destination, good choice of food and drinks and friendly staff. It's just not cheap and some portions are small for the price.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and ambiance We had chosen the afternoon tea menu. The portions are in my opinion very small (1 of each of these: dim sum, gyoza, mini spring roll, bao bun, maki) and 1 macaron, 2 mini donuts, a TINY crème brule and a chocolate. Normal afternoon tea menus are plentiful, but we left hungry. Don’t get me wrong, the food is beautifully presented on an extravagant tiered tray with dry ice, but it was cold and small. Also, with usual afternoon teas you are offered more than one drink. We had to ask for another tea, it took ages to come and then when the bill came they had charged us for additional drinks! I pointed this out, and it was removed from the bill, but that is not the point. It’s great for instagram photos but not good value for money in my opinion.

Fantastic food, full of different flavours. Very friendly and good service. Hubby was very pleased. The children menu is great as well with a lovely wow effect. Thank you for a lovely anniversary celebration.

Zero time between courses a two course meal took 45 mins. 13.5% 'service charge' is too much in my opinion. Food was ok but small portions and it was very expensive.

Hoping Ivy Asia isn’t going to go the way of every other restaurant that becomes a chain. It don’t feel like a treat any more. Starts came before cocktails, small plates didn’t all come at once, waiter had to chase kitchen, dish didn’t come with part on the side as requested. Was good while it lasted…

The bartender Charlie was amazing! Very friendly and helpful with suggestions on ordering, would definitely visit again given the friendly service

We went for our Anniversary. The food was lovely but the service was poor. All the staff were polite and nice, but the service was super slow. We were sat for 20mins before anyone came Over to take our drinks order. Regrettably this was then the tone for the rest of the evening we saw two couples on the next table arrive and leave in the time it took us to have our meal. The manager took off the service charge and offered us a round of drinks on our next visit. But what was supposed to be a special evening it was a bit disappointing.
