   When we were showed to our table, could not believe how close we were to the tables each end to us, it was too close and not very private, plus awkward when getting up and down to use the toilets, saying that my meal was outstanding, garlic creamy mushrooms to start then steak , very good value and no supplements on the beef, what I would say is that there wasn’t a lot of choice for the mains, so would be nice if more specials, staff were very nice, friendly and always served us with a smile .

   We had a really fantastic dinner here last night, delicious food, good wine and all at a reasonable price. Excellent service everyone polite and helpful. Many thanks

   Absolutely awesome!!! The chef here is amazing and the food outstanding. Great service, wonderful food and lovely atmosphere.

   Although the starters - mushroom on toast with delicious red onion marmalde,and the onion rings, were fine,BUT a bit disappointed with the roast chicekn dinner - the chicken was getting on dry, the roasties a little overcooked as was the Yorkshire,but we ate most of it - my personal gripe was finding small pieces of beef on three of the four plates, and personally choosing not to eat beef - had it said "may contain beef" on the menu i would have avoided it - it may have been in the gravy which,if intentional should have been listed as an ingredient and if unintentional should be considered as cross-contamination which is worrying either way. We did not complain as it is not in our nature in a crowded pub restaurant which was quite noisey

   Always enjoy the Honingham Buck. Staff always efficient and extremely friendly. Would be good to see a change of menu which has become repetitive. The Sunday roast was okay, except for the Yorkshire pudding which was overcooked and like paper.

   Venue is lovely, and easy to get too with plenty of parking. We were taken to our table ( squeezed in between 2 larger groups) who were loud and we couldn’t hear ourselves - not a great dining experience. Food was average, just okay but not the best. The menu is seasonal and changes regularly and I suspect other choices may have been a better option. Service was excellent and we were looked and felt welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant. All in all, it was okay but the experience diluted by the noisy and intrusive atmosphere.

   Had a birthday meal at the Honingham buck. Most of the food was great however the buck burger wasn't, solid piece of fairly dry meat in the centre of a large bun. Chips were great and stayed warm through the meal.

   Lovely decor, prompt service, just had a sandwich, but bread was soft and fresh and fries were delicious. Will definitely go back and very much recommend.
