The only thing that I would like to bring up is that the hostess outside was too busy on her cellphone (brunette) to greet us- she did not look up and it really felt purposeful. A second hostess (blonde) arrived and confirmed our 6:30 reservation stating that it would take a few minutes to clear some tables. I saw 2 open booths from where we stood at the bar. At 7 pm we were escorted to a side room with zero ambiance and asked to seat at the back of the room near a service station. Let me add that there were available tables in the main dining area and we had reservations. It was really not welcoming and felt as if we were walk ins and after thoughts. I explained to the hostess that we were not comfortable sitting at the table and to make matters worse we were entertaining a friend from Vancouver BC. It was so embarrassing after we had talked up He Ty’s and how much we loved it. Fortunately the hostess took us back to the main dining area and sat us at a booth that I watched sit empty for 20 minutes. Did we spend money? Yes, we did including cocktails from the bar. I sure hope that customer service from the hostesses improves.

Very good food and excellent service. The server was very careful about my food allergies. The restaurant is VERY LOUD and had large screen tvs on. The feel is more like a large bar than a bar & restaurant.

I always enjoy dining at The Henry! Fabulous bread pudding dessert, great cocktails, all within a great atmosphere.

The food was exceptional, as always. However, it appeared they were experiencing some staffing issues, which led to minor problems with our order. I was surprised that our drip coffee was initially cold, and when it was replaced, it was not very strong. On the other hand, the espresso drinks were excellent. Overall, we had a lovely family birthday celebration.
