The establishment is helmed by seasoned restaurateurs Gregg Horan of Gibsons Restaurant Group and Bill Veremis of Rosewood Steakhouse Group, alongside partner Executive Chef Jose Sosa of Gibsons Italia.

Tonight was our first experience and I’d say it was a 10 out of 10 ! The service and food was on point and we had the opportunity to meet one of the owners and he was attentive yet open to any concerns that may arise but I happily can report they have it figured out !

Greggory has easily become one of my new favorite spots. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food, exceptional service, and a welcoming vibe, this is it. I can’t wait to go back!

Steven B was our server. What an exceptional representation of your brand and restaurant and made our dining experience. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the stunning design. Hope to host an event in the future. We loved our appetizers...salads, soup, entrees, drinks, and dessert! Only miss was the tortellini. The sauce was amazing but the pasta was way undercooked and hard. We enjoyed the sauce but left the pasta. Not a big deal...this is our new favorite place!

Such an incredible experience at The Greggory, as someone who loves design, the thoughtful decor and attention to detail created a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. You can truly feel how much love was put into creating this restaurant. It’s like nothing else in the area. The attentive and kind staff made you feel like family, and best of all, the phenomenal food was absolutely the highlight! The steak was 100/10 and rivals every other steakhouse I’ve ever been to, lobster rolls- buttery & melted in your mouth, and the dessert, the white chocolate cake was almost too pretty to eat. The Greggory hit a home run with every aspect of the dining experience. How fortunate we are to have something so chic, with such outstanding food and service, in the suburbs! Highly recommended!
