    Took over 1 hour to get appetizer then at least 30 -45 min after that to get entrees, which arrived cold. Total lack of apologies or customer service around any issues.

    Half of our food was great, half was okay. Pack your patience as it took VERY long to get our food. With reservations: 15 min for a table, 30 min to get our drinks and then 45-60 min to get our food.

    The Finch came highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint. The food and service was excellent!! I look forward to going back again and will recommend it to others!

    Yikes our breaded fries were not crunchy, made made them aware and it was taken care of. Thank you Now the Caesar salad was the best ever yummy and my blackened chicken….. left me speechless yummy.

    TLDR : Seinfeld S3: E11. "You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation." Reservation was slated for 8 o'clock but we did not get seated until 8:30. The staff was rude and avoidant of the situation. The server took 5 minutes to arrive to our table and for some reason gave a weird remark when questioning about sparkling, still or house water? After waiting the 35 minutes to be approached we were ready to order. We were met with more attitude, the food came out and the chicken pasta had insanely burnt bread it felt like an omen. Our server was gone for a while and when asking a passing by server for water she disgracefully said yes. I don't know what it was tonight but if I'm being honest, I don't know why the reviews here are so high. Please come here if you want to make your night a terrible one.

    Waitstaff was slow. Took 15 minutes to greet us. Took our drink order and it took 15 minutes and we had to ask to get the drinks before they came 5 minutes later. We could see at the bar that she never put the order in. Food came relatively quickly, but everything was cold. Steak was well undercooked the rest was meh, nothing was great. Shrimp seemed a bit half cooked, almost scared to eat it. The restaurant was not busy to have such slow and inattentive service, and cold and subpar food. Very surprised by the high ratings, wouldn’t come back.
