We start with free range, all-natural chicken. It’s brined, dredged, then dropped into custom-built fryers. It's got a little kick and is served with our house-made hot honey. But we don't stop there - Southern-style sides grace our menu, craft beer flows through our taps, and Blues music pumps through our speakers. At The Eagle, it's all about flying right, eating bird, and curing the Blues.

This was our second visit here and the first was only about two months ago. We were very impressed the first time and got almost the same order (bbq pork burnt ends and half a chicken), however we remember it being much better. this time we got Mac and cheese and the shrimp and grits for sides. Mac and cheese was good and super creamy!!! could've used a few more Mac though! the chef came to our table and said he was finishing up a new batch of grits and our shrimp and grits would be another 5-6 minutes. we agreed to get the other food first and the grits when done. well about 15 minutes later and our food eaten, the shrimp and grits came out vie a manager, with an immediate apology and the manager saying they were removed from the bill. they were pretty good though I'll have to admit!

Excellent food and great atmosphere!! Our waiter was very attentive.. his first night on the job and did a wonderful job!! Drinks/cocktails were lovely as well.. you have to try the specialty lemonade!! Hush puppies a must as well.. lots of sharing plates! A great place to bring the entire family💖 will be back during the Christmas break for sure!!

Great food for a reasonable price. Great service. Fun venue. A bit too loud & noisy to hold private conversations.

It’s a great place but this is our second visit and both times they just can’t get the timing right on the biscuits. This has happened twice….We were told they would be out in 2-3 minutes when our food arrived…then halfway through, oh they will be out in a few…then as I’m taking my last bites, the manager is telling us they will be free and out in 2 minutes…15 minutes later, we had the bill, no biscuits ever came out, and we left. Just fix this issue and the reviews will improve.

Food was very,very good! The shrimp and grits side was amazing! Best we have ever had! The server was very sweet. They must have lost our order because it took a very long time to get our food and we kept asking for our cocktails which didn’t arrive until after our food was served. Maybe an off night? The food was so good that we will return despite the timing!

Excellent food. Took a while to get drinks from the bar but looked like the bartender was alone and maybe no bar back. Overall a great experience

Good I got there when they first opened... Service was good until the crowd came in... Our server got too busy and we didn't get everything we ordered! But it was fine and we'll give them another try
