The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi, 18 seat counter seating, omakase sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic Edomae sushi experience. Autograph omakase is $185 (plus tax and gratuity) per guest including small dishes focused on seasonal ingredients, 12 pieces nigiri, roll, miso soup and dessert, total of 16-17 courses. No a la carte options. The Den has set seating times (open Tuesday-Saturday). All guest must consume raw fish. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. All reservation must be prepaid with 24-hour cancellation policy.
