   We were not familiar with this Pub/Resturant so took pot luck and booked it for a family get-to-gether with people coming from some distance away. We were not in anyway dissapointed . The service was superb the food excellent and tha abiance great. If there is any small critisism it was that the canned music was on the loud side.

   Great food, cocktails and wine to celebrate our sons 18th birthday. The staff were very attentive and the bar man was very knowledgeable on both wines and cocktails. Definitely we will return for another special occasion.

   Family Easter Sunday lunch for 6 - superb - something for everyone- beautifully prepared, relaxed atmosphere and sunny garden. Very enjoyable.

   Very welcoming. Great mocktail. Really enjoyed the food - the only thing is that if you want the pork skin with the black garlic emulsion you need good teeth - I needed to bite down hard (but then it tasted great)

   We had a wonderful evening. Super food and excellent service. Despite sites indicating it was highly expensive we thought it was reasonable for the quality. Many thanks.

   Simply the best. New chef Peter Wilton who understudied with Paul Welburn has produced the same quality with his own special twist to the menu. A must go to place.

   Lovely staff and fabulous food! Sadly, we were the only table for lunch. So, there was no atmosphere and not even any background music on. Still a lovely lunch and will definitely recommend!

   I went on a Thursday evening and had a few of the small plates in the lounge area. Everything was delicious. The chicken thighs were crisp on the outside, juicy inside, and full of flavour. The bavette steak was tender and cooked just right. The cheesecake was fluffy and light. The staff were very friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a great evening.

    Cold food in a cold & miserably decorated room The only side of vegetables was broccoli- no side salads or vegetable based starters Really disappointing
