Housed in the restored 19th century Victoria Quarter, The Cut & Craft Leeds is a beautiful restaurant with historic features and a show-stopping central cocktail bar.

Open every day serving lunch and dinner, with brunch and roasts on the weekend, you can expect elegant interiors in a building rich with character and a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Named 'Restaurant of the Year' at the Yorkshire National Business Hero Awards in 2023 and 2024, The Cut & Craft combines contemporary steak and seafood dishes with a premium list of locally-crafted drinks.

We have an extensive food menu all made freshly on site including our signature flat iron steak, prepared by our very own in-house butcher.

We also regularly host brunches and special events with brands like Whispering Angel, Moët & Chandon, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS and more.

Great atmosphere, very classy decor & interior, friendly staff and delicious food. I had the flat iron steak and it was the best I've ever tasted, cooked perfectly. We were celebrating my partners birthday and had selected "birthday" as the "occasion" when booking. They got her a birthday card, which I thought was a nice touch. It is high end, and the prices do reflect that, but its well worth the money.

Not all bad but not all good, looked very understaffed or lazy staffed when it came to delivery of service, also its a family allowed restaurant, the kids menus choices seemed great but i had to ask to send my sons cheese sandwich back as there was disintegrated cheese none to be seen that aside it was just melted cheese on a brioche bun, my other son had fish goujons but theres was no fish in them heavily battered /burnt he couldnt eat them. We waited a hour for out mains to come out asked 3 times for my sons ice creams they then brought then but no spoons. I don't feel we would return ad a family again i think your okay if your couples of friends, and happy with poor service and the kids food

The steak was good but everything else was pretty average. I understand you have the table for 1hr 45 but we felt like we got completely rushed through everything. Especially towards the end of the meal. I didn’t even feel as though I could finish my drink.

Amazing atmosphere, beautiful restaurant set up. Food was spot on, very tasty, very good presentation. Would have give full marks but slow bringing drinks out on both occassions when we ordered. Worth the experience. Very nice place to Dine.

The food was amazing, the service was very slow. It was clearly change over time but that shouldn’t affect service. The staff were lovely but it took 15mins from sitting to being offered a drink and then a good 15/20 mins for them to arrive. When we were offered more drinks later in the meal the same happened. We had a lot of different staff waiting on us throughout the meal, the best of which was our last waitress who was very friendly, attentive and was good at upselling!!

We recently had dinner at The Cut & Craft Leeds, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning, with its elegant decor and warm lighting setting the perfect mood for a special evening. The food was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was prepared to perfection – the steak was cooked exactly as we requested and melted in the mouth, while the sides and starters were bursting with flavor. The attention to detail in the presentation was impeccable and made the experience feel truly elevated. The service was equally exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations and ensuring everything was just right throughout the evening. Their professionalism and warmth added so much to the overall experience. This restaurant is a gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Leeds. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
