Our weekly menu is designed to match the student's learning outcomes and to evaluate specific skills. We often offer at least 2 options to choose from.
Currently, we do not have a vegetarian option on the menu, but we will introduce one as soon as the training curriculum allows it.

Fresh food, well presented, tasty, served by a lovely crew of young people all learning how the hospitality industry works. We have been on two occasions and more than impressed. Excellent value for money in an economy where going out for dinner has become out of reach for many. Do yourself a favour and support The Culinary Academy.

Fabulous, friendly service from delightful students.
Absolutely delicious oyster entree and barramundi main cooked superbly. Flavours were balanced and well combined. Accompanying chickpea salad and rice also very good.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic value. Delicious food but not hot enough. Heating the plates would help. Service is good maybe a little too fast. Nice to have a break in between courses. Young chefs in training and doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend!

Once again the kitchen excelled. Food was excellent with great presentation and flavours.
The student service needs work. It is hard to be critical of the students as they are welcoming, friendly and helpful.
The standard of service does however, needs a lot of work. I believe some if not all of those serving were coming to the end of their first year of the Diploma. The service quality reflects only a few weeks of service training at best.
Filling waters and tapping the bottle in the edge of the glass while doing so, holding the glass each time to refill, spilling water and leaving the table wet.
Food service seemed to lack confidence. I had a dirty knife (lack of attention to detail) and glasses were not set to the right. No food was delivered from the right of the customers unless it was convenient due to table positions. Improvement in the food and beverage service needs a focus.
We will be back as we want to continue to support the student’s learning. I trust the honest feedback continues to assist the quality of training.
