   We came for my b.day. we were seated close to the dance floor, the music very loud...we couldn't hear each other. Our server Melissa was happy to move us and was wonderful. My sister hardly drinks wine and love Melissa's selection for her. Our sensitivity to certain spices were listened to. All and all a wonderful time.

   The food was ok to eat. Way over priced for what you got.. gravy was good. Waitress was nice and friendly but she had to many tables and that made her a little slow. The band was good but they took a very long break right after we were done eating .we got to dance once then we just left. The drinks were over priced nut that is to be expected I guess. But 15.00 for 1 oz drink. Way to much. I tipped on the service only.

   The seats, while beautiful (and probably original) need to be re-upholstered. Sit down slowly as you will inevitably be sitting on the frame of the chairs and not any kind of cushion. It’s the little touches that make fine dining an experience and having cheap single use butter in plastic containers takes away from that experience. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and service but the Copper Room, and by extension, the entire hotel, need some loving attention. It’s not what it used to be and you do not get what you pay for.

   The food, drinks and service was amazing. The dress code is not enforced which was disappointing.

   A classic throwback to the past dining with a live band to dance the night away. Our food was excellent the staff was attentive but not intrusive. We had a wonderful dinner

   The band is great. Very accommodating to audience. The new menu is a welcomed change.

   Service was very slow. Ordered the share platter appetizer which was ok but seemed more like pub fried food and not a high end restaurant. The live band was great and they made a huge effort to engage the audience and have fun. Matthew the server in charge of water and clearing was very attentive and was constantly filling our water glasses which we drank a lot of since we were waiting so long for our food! Our waitress said the menu was new & she didn’t know anything about it which was disappointing. We asked if we could have some bread/rolls since we had bread plates at our table & we were hungry and were told it wasn’t included with our meal. We’ve enjoyed many dinners in the copper room over the years but this was not the best for sure.

   We have a pleasant experience dining at the Copper Room, service was spectacular. Food had a good presentation and tasted superb. The band performed well and were energetic and also humorous as they were interacting with their audience. 5/5

    We had a great time with our 8 year old grand son there was live music we danced the night away the food was good a little pricey service was great
