We really wanted to enjoy the place, but the pork and fried chicken dishes were both overcooked and dry. The cocktails were overpriced and had unappealing garnishes and flavors that did not match their menu descriptions. The bar and wait service was too busy to attend to is sufficiently being understaffed and overworked. We spent $150 for two, and it just was not at all worth it. Didn’t even want to take home the leftovers.

The ambiance at the restaurant was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I had no complaints and enjoyed my time there. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing dining experience.

Party of 6; we all enjoyed our experience at The Cooperage. Notably the wings were outstanding; artichoke dip, scrumptious; burrata, very sharable. Moving onto the entrees, the fried chicken sandwich was amazing, the seabass super fresh. 4 of us had salads (Brown Derby, steak salad, chinese chicken salad). All were healthy and huge portions. Service was awesome, though I'd like so see our dishes/glasses cleared sooner (we eventually stacked everything up in the middle of the table to get the hint).
