   The food was average and overpriced, but I didn’t mind that too much. What really frustrated me was the service. The waiter was extremely slow in taking our drink and main orders, and when it was time to pay, we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes just to get the check—with no sign of the waiter. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I don’t plan on returning.

   I think I was expecting more for Michelin star restaurant. The food was good, but there are a lot of other places around Atlanta with just as good or better food. The prices were really good for what you were getting though. We had reservations for 9 o’clock and had to wait about 20 minutes at the bar before we were seated. I ordered an espresso martini, which isn’t on the menu so I should’ve known it probably wouldn’t be good, but I was tired so I ordered it. No real espresso. They were out of one of the ingredients for cocktail that I wanted from their Indonesian menu, so I couldn’t get that. The cocktail that my partner ordered was delicious. I was surprised that their champagne barware matched my ikea set at home. Our server was super knowledgeable on the menu and we were off to a really good start after she took our order, but then she came back after we got our appetizers to take our entree order which she had already taken the first time around so idk is she forgot or if she just had never put in the entree order. We also were celebrating our 5 year anniversary, an engagement, and a new job so a little acknowledgment of if celebrating anything when we got there would’ve been nice. We also noted that on our reservation. Obviously these are all just small things and the food was good but I just expected a little bit more from the Michelin star rated restaurant.

   Our deepest apologies. As you can read from other guests who joined us the same night, we had a perfect storm of compute system issues, which then put the service teams behind because they have to hand write every order and confirm with the kitchen, bar team, and Chef. This also had our host a bit hectic, hence the overlooked notes on your rez. We are so sorry. We hope you can forgive the hiccups and return in the future.

   I need to start by saying that the restaurant needs better signage if you've never been there before… Once the parking garage was located, it was still not clear where the restaurant was located… For people with any type of mobility issues, knowing there would be steps and looking for alternative ways to get there is highly recommended… That being said the dining experience was wonderful… It was my birthday celebration and I ordered the red snapper… We also ordered as an appetizer the potato dish (I can't recall the name) but I wish I could get the recipe… I loved it.… I would go back again and I hope to go back again before the menu changes so I can get that red Snapper… It is a wonderful dining experience and the ambience is equally delightful along with the explanation of their rotating menu… I've given it five stars in all categories and it deserved it…

   Overall, Amazing resturant, food is great, the environment is very lovely 9.7/10, i must recommend.

   They never miss. If I need a guaranteed 5 star experience I come here. I love how they rotate cuisines from around the world each month, offering a fresh and unique experience every visit. The customer service is consistently exceptional. The drinks are good, but I keep feeling like they could be better.

   The Consulate never disappoints! Tibet was the country of focus on our visit and all the dishes and drinks we tried were delicious. Our server Eric was knowledgeable and attentive. This remains our favorite Atlanta restaurant.
