I was looking for a unique, upscale dining experience for my husband’s birthday since he is a foodie. I love the concept of changing the menu every 90 days to explore new dishes from around the world while still offering a selection of popular dishes from previous menus. My one and only complaint was that although we had reservations, we still had to wait for about 10-15 minutes for a table to open up. This wasn’t a big deal though since the atmosphere and vibe is very vivacious. Our server, Brandon was absolutely stellar and made a good experience even better. I got the NY strip with black truffle oil. It was prepared to perfection. My husband got the lobster and caviar pasta. He was very pleased with the unique flavors and the fresh made pasta. If you are looking for a fun and vibrant place to grab drinks and have a laugh or if you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion, this would fit the bill.

Loved this place! The vibe is fun, service was great and the food delicious. It was our first time there but we will definitely go back.

We love the Consukate! Second time there. Brandon is a great server. Food is absolutely incredible. Cocktails are so fun. Get the deconstructed old fashion

We had a great evening at the Consulate! Right now is a Hawaiian focused menu with a lot of great options. Our server was excellent and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend!

The food was absolutely fantastic at The Consulate. The concept here is that every 90 days they spin the globe and build a menu from a new region of the world. This menu was from Hawaii. There’s also a resident menu with the best / favorite dishes from all of the rest of the previous regional menus. The short rib and chicken dishes were amazing and our favorite. Can’t wait to come again!
