   Wonderful and memorable very person had good skills and service. But Aria and Darius were particularly excellent. Our only note — salmon deviled eggs need more salmon. Oysters hot and raw were delicious. Faux Loma was not enjoyed but the Drafts were good. Terrific experience overall.

   Excellent food and service at Collective Offshore! Loved the crab dip, Brie salad with grilled chicken, salmon and crab cakes! Beautiful ambiance! Highly recommend!

   We got the breakfast buffet, it was $40 per person so we expected outstanding food. The food was not great. Some was delicious but most could be found on any breakfast buffet for much less expensive. They also started closing and taking things away from the buffet earlier than we were told the buffet was open for. Several times when we went up certain items were not available. We had to wait for the servers to bring special plates for the buffet so at times we waited a while before someone brought the plates. We also waited quite a while for simple things like water for the table. The people at our table that ordered from the kitchen were very happy with their food and the he value they received. Probably just order from the kitchen and skip the buffet. It was definitely not worth the cost.

   Food was good. Crab soup delicious. Salmon and crab rice awesome. The fries with mahi tacos and all dishes that expected hot were Luke warm or cold. That's my only improvement suggestion. Even with The food being a bit pricey, I would go again.

   Overall, food was good. Service very good . . . pricey for want we received. Starters (salmon deviled eggs, crab dip) make up for shortfalls with entrees . . . Burger was a bit overcooked, prime rib, undercooked . . . prime rib was smoked, but not too flavorful. I would not get it again. Still, a good time was had by all . . . we'll go back for other offerings.

   I loved the all you care to drink brunch for $22. The bloody Mary’s were good! I had the lettuce wedge with salmon. Yummy. The salmon was cooked perfectly. My brunch mate had the buffet and was pleased with it.

   I wouldn’t go back. The food was subpar. The focaccia was cold, stale and tasteless. The wings were done really well. The hush puppies were a 5. The scallops were undercooked. The short rib was overcooked and and dry. The service was horrible!! We sat for 30 minutes mid meal with no drinks.

   We really like your restaurant. However you advertise being a seafood restaurant and the number of actual fish options are very limited. The fish we had was excellent but we would love a bigger variety.
