I meet friends here and from the moment we arrive we are given a great welcome. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble, they are caring and attentive.

Everything was very good apart from the roast potatoes they were very hard I did mention it afterwards & they were very sorry as I go there quite often I know that meals are usually very good .I will be back in the NewYear .Happy Christmas to you both all .

Lovely venue, with beautiful views. Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Food nicely cooked, presented and served. Felt very welcome despite not being a member. Would highly recommend.

Visited many times over the years, always received excellent service and food. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend the Welsh rarebit!

Excellent food, service and attention to detail. Loved the way the staff sat and ate together at the end, very European and nice to see the staff treated respectfully

A carvery was a new experience to one of our guests, who is Canadian. I'm delighted to report that he thoroughly enjoyed it - and so will you!

Food was good, except one or two of the veg were a little over-cooked, but it is a carvery, so that's the risk. It's been a while since we last eat there; the surroundings are lovely as you look out over the golf course and carpet on the floor keeps the noise down. However, portion control meant less meat than on our last visit and was rather too strong for our liking, and we're not big eaters. So a guarded recommendation.

Have eaten here with friends several times over last 12 months. Staff always wonderful as is quality of food and value. Would like a little more choice for vegetarians and perhaps a menu change occasionally or “special's” board. Many thanks
