   I love this restaurant. Been there many times, their level of service. It’s great. . Their weight staff is very engaging and kind. But yesterday I had a bad experience with the Valet guy . He asked me for feedback about a new app. They have lunch for you to request in your car on time. I respectfully gave him my feedback. He did not like my input and he replied that maybe I shouldn’t not drink too much wine that’s why my feedback wasn’t correct and thatI shouldn’t be driving. Unfortunately, that completely ruined my experience because it was my last interaction with someone at the restaurant . There was no need for him to make that comment. Very disappointing.

   Brussel sprouts and flatbread good. Tomahawk steak seasoned well and cooked as we liked it. We asked for broccoli to be made with a “crunch”. Chef sent out server basically asking how we wanted him to do it with deep fry option. im no chef but at home roasting my broccoli gives it a crunch. I suggested that. It came out without a crunch. Disappointing. We don’t usually eat dessert and last night because it was my birthday we all did. Lemon cake, cheesecake and brownie sundae all disappointed. Will go back to skipping dessert. REALLY noisy and couldn’t hear each other talk.

   We had a delightful dinner. Right from the door you are created and treated as if it's all about you. Our group never felt rushed. Our original appt had to be canceled due to bad weather. I'm really glad I made another reservation instead of going elsewhere. The food is amazing. We sat near the windows and had the lake view. Our group of 4 celebrated a belated birthday. The staff is attentive without being overbearing. We'll be going back and already recommended it to another couple.

   Tonight was an off night in terms of food and drinks. Raymond our server was very good as well as the manager, who accepted our comments in a respectful way. We’ve been guests for over 20 years and will always consider it one of our favorite dining establishments. One suggestion we do have is to have the bus boys stop coming by every 5 minutes. Let us enjoy the evening.

    Everything was fantastic except the creamed spinach. It was bland, flat and not ate by any person at the table. It was odd given that the food is so good there. Something was missed. No one left hungry so everyone was still happy with the experience.
