The Chateau in Braintree serves diners classic Italian cuisine in a casual and friendly setting. The restaurant has an extensive menu that offers dishes to please meat-eaters as well as vegetarians. Appetizers include items such as toasted ravioli, meatballs and ricotta and fried or Rhode Island style calamari. Diners can also choose to start their meal with one of The Chateau’s many salad or soup options, such as the chopped salad or homemade minestrone. The food was excellent as always! We had Caesar Salads that were great, and my wife had the meatball and ricotta app, and I had the same salad and the mussels marinara and were very happy with all of the food. Jillian was our server, and she was exceptional, please let her know we were very pleased with her work.

We requested and got a high-top in the bar area, we were only going to have a drink, a pizza and play keno which we did. The server Marissa was fabulous and remembered us and let me know that the mussels marinara was back on the special's menu which was very nice.

We had an order of steak tips very good Turkeydinner very good Fried clams very good Baked stuffed haddock very good All went well Waitress knew all the dishes she was very helpful. Would definitely go back again.
