Just great service, fantastic bar selections, and each of our dishes was excellent. Only real complaint would be that the wine list doesn't have many 'value' choices. Of the 100-ish (red) bottle list there were maybe a dozen+ bottles (of red) under $100. Having said that the Brunello we ordered was just excellent. It appears to be a well curated list. I can't stop thinking about the pastas frankly. May have to try to replicate them at home. Will be back as there were many dishes I wanted to try but could not.

We had a truly wonderful evening, thanks to the exceptional service from the entire staff. From the valet to the wait staff, everyone was outstanding – friendly, accommodating, and a true pleasure to interact with. The food was fantastic, and the gluten-free pasta was particularly amazing. Highly recommend!!

The Charles has the BEST Customer Service, hands down! EVERYONE was super polite, attentive, engaging and personable. Our server, Chelsey, gave the best feedback, learned our names, and even took beautiful pics for us. She's awesome & if she's a trainer for The Charles, then I know more wonderful servers will be produced. The ambiance was gorgeous, nice music, just the right amount of light, and the food was very flavorful. The "off the menu" items were delicious, especially the specialty pasta one of the young ladies made. Definitely a place to try!

All great except wine - the Som was nice and tried hard but is not as knowledgeable as Som at similar high end restaurants plus the wine list is a B.

A beautiful night at The Charles! This little gem is one of our favorites. We decided to spend our New Years Eve here and could not have been happier. Such a great vibe! The ambience is amazing. The staff is super friendly, warm and welcoming. Elegant, but not stuffy. Great music playing through out - not too loud - just right for a festive night. Our server Jill was spot on with her recommendations and just the right amount of attention and interaction. Nate, one of the managers came over a couple of times to welcome us personally and make sure everything was to our liking. The NYE special menu offering was awesome! Delicious starters, pastas, main course and desert. We woke up on NY day saying to one another - WE'RE SO HAPPY we went to The Charles to ring in the New Year!!!!
