Join Us for a Special December Lunch – $55 This December, we invite you to indulge in a delicious three-course lunch, specially curated for those seeking a flavourful and quick dining experience. Perfect for a midday escape, our seasonal menu offers a selection of appetizers, entrees, and desserts that highlight the best of the season's ingredients. Relax in a warm, festive atmosphere while enjoying a meal designed to satisfy in just the right amount of time. Whether you're taking a break from holiday shopping or gathering with colleagues, this three-course experience is the perfect way to treat yourself this season. At just $55 per guest, it's an invitation to savour, enjoy, and celebrate the holiday spirit with every bite.

Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

The Carbon Bar Experience ($99/person) offers a delectable and flavoursome tasting of our à la carte menu served to elevate and curate an unforgettable dining experience at The Carbon Bar. All items on the fixed menus will be served to you and your guests, family-style, where all plates are designed to be shared amongst the group. Please let us know if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions that we should be made aware of as the menus can be modified to accommodate accordingly. Please note that the participation of the entire group is required.
