Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The ambience, decor, service and of course the FOOD is second to none. The food is prepared exactly as ordered every time. This is consistency. All of the servers are very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, but not in your face. The wine list is extensive. It is truly an upscale dining experience.

    Can’t say enough how great the experience was for my wife and I. We’ve been looking forward to going and it did not disappoint. Food and service were on point. Can’t wait to go back!

    We know you're new we love your product but you're not King of Prussia, your wait staff is green, we made recommendations to ur manager back in December, simple things, weren't done like Kop, we will travel further, sorry, for better service

    I treated my husband to an outstanding dinner at the Capital Grill for his birthday last night. The food was of the highest quality and could not have been any better. I had the New England clam chowder and it had lots of clam pieces in it and was delicious. My husband had the filet Oscar and both the filet and the crabmeat were delicious. I had the sliced filet over onions and mushrooms with a fig balsamic essence and I absolutely loved it. Our server, Savannah, was one of the best servers we have ever had and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When we walked into the restaurant they seated us at our table and had a birthday card and lots of little birthday balloon confetti on our table and it made my husband feel very special. After dinner they brought him a surprise dessert with a candle so I could sing to him - and I did not ask them to bring it - they surprised both of us....and it was an amazing dessert - flourless chocolate cake and cheese cake with burnt sugar glazing on it. Newtown is lucky to have such a fabulous restaurant....we can't wait to dine there again!

    We were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time. Took another 25 minutes for a waitress to come over. Another 10 minutes before we were offered a wine list. Dirty glasses sat on our table for over 30 minutes without being removed or asked for a refill. The steak was not cooked as ordered, which one might expect to be a reasonable thing in a steakhouse. Overall, the service was not good in any way, although they did deduct our appetizer and cocktail price from the check. We will not be going back. To spend that kind of money, we would expect to get a much higher level of service and a properly cooked steak.

    Our server, Daniel, was outstanding. The service all around was absolutely fantastic! The ambiance was disappointing... it actually looks dated although it's brand new. The food was delicious. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and the creamed spinach was amazing!!

    We went for the Wagu and Wine special and it did not disappoint. Great burgers and great wines from Duckhorn winery!

    One of the best meals we have had in a long time. Ken, the manager, was great when our table was a little delayed and Brianna, our server, was amazing.
