Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My first experience at The Capital Grille was outstanding, and Shayla made it truly unforgettable! As the bartender, she was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, crafting the perfect wine pairing and offering great recommendations. Her warm and professional service elevated the entire experience. I’ll definitely be back, highly recommend, especially if Shayla is behind the bar!

    What a wonderful experience! My family was there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had a great time! Our server Emily which we have had before was as charming as ever and took care of our every need. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely visit again.

    Had a fantastic dining experience at Capital Grille! The food was outstanding, and our server was attentive and professional throughout the meal. The only downside was the 30-minute wait despite having a reservation, but once seated, everything was top-notch. Definitely worth the visit for the excellent service and delicious steaks!

    Visited The Capital Grille on Valentine’s evening. Very busy and didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. The food was okay, but not up to what we normally experience at this location. Steaks a bit over cooked and had to ask multiple times if we could have a bread service.

    Dining at the Capital Grille for Valentine's Day was a wonderful experience. The food was tasty and the service was prompt. Thiago was an amazing waiter that consistently checked on our table as well as others in the area we sat.

    Valentine’s Day is very hectic at restaurants but our server, Brian, was fantastic. He didn’t rush us but was very attentive. The food was delicious! Our favorite restaurant

    Very busy night on V-Day. We had reservations, but did need to wait a few minutes which was expected. Once sat down, we were greeted promptly got our drinks in and oysters. Our food and drinks were wonderful from beginning to end, but service was admittedly slow at first between the oysters and ordering our entrees. This couldn’t be helped, however, as they were packed so not docking points for a packed room on a holiday. We ended up getting our dessert to go, which we ate later and was great. Overall, a nice dinner for a special occasion as the service did take care of us with leftovers and getting things. Although pricey, you can’t deny the quality control of the food and service being top notch.
