Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We came for the Wagyu and Wine Experience and it was amazing! Our server Mike was outstanding and gave perfect recommendations. It was our first time and we can’t wait to go back to explore more of the menu!

    It was a wonderful evening for my boyfriend’s birthday which I put on the reservation. Capital Grille decorated the table, wrote a card out to him and then brought out a special Happy Birthday dessert which we were not expecting. We both ordered the specials that tasted excellent and got them cooked to a temperature at the recommendation of our waitress who didn’t rush us one bit through our experience. For a special occasion, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and location.

    Lovely evening, good company, nice table not too noisy easy to converse. Excellent wait staff, not rushed good food good suggestions.

    We went for our 25th anniversary and they sat us early. The table had little hearts and a card from the restaurant. Our server was amazing and attentive. At the end of dinner they brought us out dessert on a plate that said happy anniversary with candles and two glasses of champagne or Prosecco not sure which. They made our anniversary so special. We are so glad we picked The Capital Grille for our special night.

    For our last night out before welcoming our baby, The Capital Grille was the perfect choice. Our server was outstanding—attentive, personable, and made the evening feel special, especially for my pregnant wife. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides were delicious. More than just a great meal, the exceptional service made it a truly memorable celebration.

    The best dinner ever! The food was delicious but what really set this dinner apart was the service. The manager of this Capital Grill is fabulous and everyone that works there is too. Amazing food and dining experience. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!
