    Despite my beloved Blue Bombers losing their third straight Grey Cup, I had a great time as the always amazing staff at the Airdrie Canadian Brewhouse had be well fed and watered throughout the big game. Extra thanks for having the sound on for the game as the brave Bombers fans who did show up enjoyed hearing the Championship game.

    This was my first time at this location. 5 of us (adults) went for “lobster fest”. I was able to book tickets online easily. We were a little late for our reserved time (baby & sitter), but it was no problem. When we got there drinks were ordered. Then our server chatted with one in our party about GF options and an allergy. They easily accommodated him. Our lobster arrived piping hot. It was absolutely delish! Mac n cheese was a little spicy, which was ok. 2 of our party said it could have been creamier, but others liked it how it was. Caesar salad fresh and crisp. Garlic bread nice, not dry or soggy. We were very impressed how my husbands’ meal was changed to accommodate him. This is often a huge deal when we eat out. He was very pleased. Our waitress was Great! Other staff were smiling and friendly. Cost was fantastic. Drink specials decent. Will definitely go back. Looking forward to their next event.

    Food took 40 minutes Service was amazing at the beginning then kinda just dropped off I probably won't go again just because food took so long

    The server was amazing. The food was a mess. So bland. The menu didn’t make any sense. The specials sounded so silly the woodies and dangles and whatever legit I thought the server was speaking gibberish to me lol. We had two servers who were legit amazing tho. I just wanted my Mac and cheese was at minimum be seasoned with even salt and pepper and since it wasn’t at least have those as a table option. Prolly wouldn’t go back but ash the server was a queen and the only good thing about the experience lmao

    We went on a Friday evening and sat on the patio. Ignored for about 15 minutes before my friend alerted a waitress. Service was good from there onward. Food was barely warm. We had steak bites and a poutine. The steak was just ok but at least 4 pieces didn't get eaten because they were very grisly. Poutine was incredibly bland. The gravy tasted like nothing. Drinks were very good and so was dessert.

    Yesterday I took my wife and kids for the Mother’s Day brunch, and thought that I better book a reservation as it would be very busy. Using OpenTable, I tried to book a reservation starting at 11 AM and the first one available was 3:15 PM I took that one thinking that the restaurant must be mostly sold out due to special Occasion. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty and When I asked why I couldn’t book an earlier reservation she said they had reached the limit of how many reservations they could book at one time, even though the place was completely empty. The next issue was that my daughter ordered the sliders, and after about 15 minutes, waitress came back and said they had no buns for those sliders so I asked if they could just substitute the cheeseburger and no additional cost, and a few minutes later, she came back and said they could. then about 10 minutes after she came back again and said that the manager had overruled the first person who said they could make that substitution and that my daughter would have to select something else. So nobody had been run in for about 30 minutes. When my chicken and waffles arrived, and my wife’s hammer slammer, everything was overcooked, and appeared to have been sitting for quite some time . This was a complete disappointment as the last time we had been there. Everything has been very good. At this point we had already been there almost an hour so we did not bother saying anything. I just paid And Left. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
