The Bucks Arms is a traditional 17th century pub and former coaching Inn located next to the Blickling Estate. Serving many real ales and great food, we are also dog-friendly with a large garden.

Situated just a mile outside the town of Aylsham The Bucks offers a traditional English pub feel, with picturesque surroundings and plenty of history - while being within easy reach of other amenities and attractions.

Excellent Food - With our team of chefs running the kitchen, you can expect delicious home-cooked food beautifully presented and packed with flavour.

Quality Drinks - We are proud to be a Cask Marque recognised pub and have a great selection of real ales including at least 2 seasonal guest beers.

Wines are served by the glass or the bottle from an exciting and changing wine list.

You can't end a long afternoon walk around the grounds of Blickling without a drink and meal at the Bucks. It just has to be done. Food and service are excellent. We will keep coming back.

Eaten at the Buck Arms quite a few times, but this was the first time for Sunday Lunch. The Sirloin beef was great and cooked mice and pink as I like. I would say, rates as one of the best Sunday lunches I have had in a restaurant ever! We will be back.

Service, food and staff excellent fabulous evening as always always accommodating Regarding my complex allergies it is so good to be able to go out eat what I choose and not be fearful of being ill is amazing thank you. My only tiny comment is that we were very close to the the large table next to us. But this did not impact on our experience.

The food was absolutely excellent, with an extensive menu to choose from. Seating was a little cramped, but not uncomfortably so, just involved us having to move to allow one another in and out of our seats, which isn’t ideal. Lovely place with plenty of character, and various dining areas.

Loved our time staying at the Bucks. Food was good, building and room were comfortable with a bit of old fashioned charm . The thing that really made our stay was the staff. They all worked hard to make sure all our requests were met. Thanks . Will definitely cone for another visit

Asked for a quiet table at booking. Arrived and felt where we were was not really quiet. Staff very helpful and moved us to a much quieter table. ( Needed quiet as dad has dementia and funds lots of people talking very difficult) Menu was varied. Food came quite quickly and was delicious and very nicely presented. Wine was great and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and polite. Dessert was huge and lovely! Choice of coffees freshly made. A little on the pricey side but overall worth it. Would definitely go again.
