   Very nice food, friendly staff, music was a bit loud and tables are small. Outer table seating is super uncomfortable so we moved to middle table.

   The staff were so attentive and great customer service food was served very quickly, and tasted lovely was even given a complimentary cake and ice cream as it was my birthday much appreciated thanks again to all at the broadcaster for making my birthday extra special

   Booked a table for a Sunday roast, food and service was outstanding, highly recommend, and will definitely return when next in the area. Top Quality, so glad I chose this restaurant

   The food is good - but meals can feel overpriced. On this visit they got a few things with our order wrong - and although apologetic, there was no offer to discount our bill.

   The table arrangement was poor, we were downstairs in the bar and it was extremely busy and limited space for the table booking. The service was ok and managed us as well as they could. The set up downstairs for the number we had was limiting for us.

   This is my second time there with friends! Very nice place, helpful staff and good value for food and drinks! I’ll definitely go back again.

    I'd heard this was a great place for food, and handy for Westfield Shepherd's Bush. It was an inauspicious start when they claimed they could not find my reservation, despite me showing them my OpenTable booking on my phone. They said they were having technical problems. The drinks menu is very small, with very few wines, and no soft drinks listed. The only low-sugar cola available was Diet Coke. A guest asked for a blackcurrant and soda and they had no blackcurrent. For a "public house" that also offers cocktails, this seems like a massive omission. The food was excellent, with sourdough starter, and mains of vegetarian Sunday roast, steak and chips, and delicious cheese dumplings, all recommended. However there the service ended. Nobody came to offer more drinks. No dessert menu. No offers of tea or coffee. Given that we were the only people in there on a Sunday afternoon, they ignored us until we asked for the bill. As usual for these places, a compulsory service charge of 12.5%. The card machine refused a Visa, a Mastercard and an Amex, so more technical issues. They seem to be too focussed on the roof garden at the expense of dining room guests downstairs. We won't be going back.
