Well. It happens to most professional mlb players as well. This place lost its fastball. Food and service were terrible. It has an awesome menu and great atmosphere. The owner of then place must have stoped paying attention as it’s gone down hill baldly. The host and staff (mangers included) like to hang by the kitchen window and talk and be cool like they are in high school. Overall feel is that you lucky to be here and the simplest questions met with an eye roll and the hope to get back to hang out by the food window. Lots of chit chat amongst the staff. Maybe a little more focus on the customer. I ordered the steak tips. I asked the server for medium rare (I told him as never asked and was walking away). They were severed well well done/ burnt. When I complained the kid told me the chef couldn’t cook them any less. I said what. Maybe turn down the grill. They were gracious enough to give me a second order to bring home. Just what I want. More burnt steak. Thanks you. Anyways until they clear house in the kitchen and with the staff I wouldn’t go back.

Our family gathered here for a holiday happy hour with my best friend’s family. For a large group of 9 people, the staff was attentive and orders taken swiftly. The drinks were fun and the hot dishes delish!

We selected this place for the decor for the holiday. Its very NYE looking with no Christmas tree in sight. It was cold upon arrival, didnt warm up much. Our service started out ok. Once we ordered our waitress was hard to find for refills on cocktails. Most ordered the breakfast sandwich with chip, chips were stale.The warm brussel sprout salad was cold which the menu said warm salad, and not very good. Several times we went to bar ourselves to get a drink.

had another great meal at Board Room. started out with the goat cheese balls and stuffed mushrooms. then had the beef stroganoff, cheese flatbread and winter salad. finished with banana puff and apple streudel. everything was fantastic and tasty. love that the menu has different items and specials everytime we come here. service was top notch, kept the water and drinks filled. definitely will be back.

Food is always good. Great Vibe! Slight hiccup with our reservation but the team made it right and more than made up for it. Just love this place!

The noise level ruins the experience. Nice to have tables big enough for sharing plates.The firecracker shrimp and pork belly bao buns were excellent, the 4 cheese flatbread was very disappointing. I wish you did more cheese and charcuterie boards,with smaller portions.The service was good.
