We selected this place for the decor for the holiday. Its very NYE looking with no Christmas tree in sight. It was cold upon arrival, didnt warm up much. Our service started out ok. Once we ordered our waitress was hard to find for refills on cocktails. Most ordered the breakfast sandwich with chip, chips were stale.The warm brussel sprout salad was cold which the menu said warm salad, and not very good. Several times we went to bar ourselves to get a drink.

had another great meal at Board Room. started out with the goat cheese balls and stuffed mushrooms. then had the beef stroganoff, cheese flatbread and winter salad. finished with banana puff and apple streudel. everything was fantastic and tasty. love that the menu has different items and specials everytime we come here. service was top notch, kept the water and drinks filled. definitely will be back.

Food is always good. Great Vibe! Slight hiccup with our reservation but the team made it right and more than made up for it. Just love this place!

The noise level ruins the experience. Nice to have tables big enough for sharing plates.The firecracker shrimp and pork belly bao buns were excellent, the 4 cheese flatbread was very disappointing. I wish you did more cheese and charcuterie boards,with smaller portions.The service was good.

Servers need training. Check before placing food in front of customers. Our Thanksgiving meal was placed before a customer at the adjacent table. I saw out of the corner of my eye that she was poking the food and then stated in a loud voice, "This isn't mine!" The server picked up the plate and then after some confusion, brought it over to my table and tried to give it to me. I refused it and requested they bring it back to the kitchen and get me a second order - I am a chemo patient and have to be careful of others around me let alone taking food from a customer who had picked at it. Furthermore, one of my guests had to return her plate as everything was cold, the mashed potatoes, the turkey, the roast vegetables. It took a few more minutes to get the proper orders to us and my 2 other guests. The food was warm and tasty. But as I stated earlier, the servers should have checked to make sure they had the correct order for the correct customer and not guess nor just place the food in front of the customer. This isn't good service even if I didn't have health issues.

So happy to have found this restaurant in Libertyville. We went on a Saturday night with another couple. Great wine selection. The guys both had chicken piccata which was excellent and my friend and I shared warm Brussel sprout salad and firecracker shrimp. Large portion. Absolutely delicious. Love the atmosphere. Cozy. Great place for girls night out also. We'll be back.
