Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas. Led by Wine and Beverage Director, Neil Loomis, The Bistro's French-inspired cocktail menu showcases thoughtfully crafted libations, while the European-focused wine list highlights fantastic bottles at every price point.     Food did not disappoint. The escargot and fois gras were superb. The short ribs very good. Hockey Huckleberry Cheesecake a tasty finale. Cocktails were a yum too. Will see you in January

    We went to the Bistro for Thanksgiving and had an excellent experience. It was a special Thanksgiving menu and everything was so delicious. The service was great too. We would love to go back and try their regular menu.

    The service, top notch. Drinks were good. Dinner was very nice but dessert was lacking ...disappointing. overall a good experience.

    I really like the Bistro. Great ambiance. Food is alway good. It’s got a good, hip JH vibe. Service is superb. I’m always treated well at the Bistro.

    I absolutely love the old Bistro & the new Bistro. Food & wine is always amazing. I do have to agree with a previous review, that the loud music is a little much & out of place for the type of restaurant that it is. Maybe before the evening dinner hours a bar type music is ok, but not so loud that you can’t hear who you’re sitting with. Dinner hours should be quiet & mellow music. More relaxing music that fits the environment. The service was great, and she listened to my concern and turned the music down. Thank you Dillon.

    The Bistro at The Cloudveil is our favorite restaurant in Jackson, and we are there about 2 times a month. The menu is interesting, the food is consistently good, and the service is excellent.

    Had a lovely 80th birthday dinner there!! We are locals and eat there frequently. A favorite place! They do not disappoint.
