Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas. Led by Wine and Beverage Director, Neil Loomis, The Bistro's French-inspired cocktail menu showcases thoughtfully crafted libations, while the European-focused wine list highlights fantastic bottles at every price point.     Another great experience at the Bistro. We had almost given up after our last visit in the spring, but we were lured with the off season locals special. It was above and beyond from host to servers. We'll be back!

    The Friday special of scallops was delicious BUT the actual scallops were way smaller than in the past. Service was excellent, noise got a bit much, especially after you turned up the "background" music.

    Our first time staying at the Cloudveil hotel . We decided to dine at the Bistro which is situated in the hotel lobby . All I can say is that it was perfection from start to finish . We called ahead to change our reservation time as we were driving into Jackson, they were very accommodating. Food was absolutely amazing and my first comment to my wife was “ I feel like I am at a Thomas Keller “ Bouchon “ our server Erika was amazing and had great suggestions about dinner . She beautifully coursed it out for us . Food presented like a true bistro in France . Elegant yet simple , I happened to glance at the table next to us and could see them devouring their meal . Restaurant is beautiful designed with very simple and comfortable seating . Chef Elijah came out to say hello and we had a wonderful chat about his gorgeous food . Also a thank you to all the staff and kitchen staff crew for making our evening a special one . GM Mr Sam Jester was gracious and so very kind to bring over some bubbly for me and my wife as we were celebrating our anniversary week . The Bistro is a gem at the Cloudveil Hotel.

    Food did not disappoint. The escargot and fois gras were superb. The short ribs very good. Hockey Huckleberry Cheesecake a tasty finale. Cocktails were a yum too. Will see you in January

    We went to the Bistro for Thanksgiving and had an excellent experience. It was a special Thanksgiving menu and everything was so delicious. The service was great too. We would love to go back and try their regular menu.

    The service, top notch. Drinks were good. Dinner was very nice but dessert was lacking ...disappointing. overall a good experience.
