This is the Tour de José, a guided evening through 4 incredible spaces within The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad. You’ll start at Zaytinya, our restaurant celebrating the flavors of the Mediterranean, then proceed to the intimate Bazaar Bar. After that, enjoy bites and drinks at The Bazaar, José’s take on the cuisines of Spain and Japan. To finish, you’ll head 50 stories above Manhattan to Nubeluz for stunning views, cocktails, and caviar, a perfect end to a perfect night. $395 per guest; non-refundable. Available Tuesday - Saturday, between 5:30PM and 7:30PM, with 48-hours minimum notice. Maximum 8 guests, 21+ only.

Mireia’s journey began at 13, helping her father harvest their family estate near Barcelona. With a background in biology and agricultural development, she left a position with the United Nations in Thailand to return to the vineyard, focusing on sustainable viticulture and testing resilient grape varieties while honoring Alella’s winemaking traditions Savor rare and back-vintage Alta Alella wines paired with Head Chef Victor Rivera’s exquisite dishes, including Lubina a la Donostiarra and Fideuà de Costillas. An intimate evening of fine wine and cuisine awaits. Seating is limited—reserve now!

Join José Andrés and The Bazaar team for a one-night-only chef’s tasting in celebration of Change the Recipe, the newest book release from José Andrés featuring a collection of his most affecting and powerful life lessons. Guests will receive a signed copy of Change the Recipe to complement the experience. The evening's menu pays tribute to the book, with signature dishes that have shaped José's story such as Croquetas de Pollo, reminiscent of his childhood, and the iconic Philly Cheesesteak Airbread, plus classics from The Bazaar by José Andrés including Cotton Candy Foie Gras, Bluefin Tuna & Fried Egg, and Neptune's Pillow. The ticketed experience includes the tasting menu, with beverage pairing and a la carte offerings to be ordered and paid for on-site.

Spectacular food! Every dish was innovative and delicious. Many on the staff recognized us and appreciated our returning often, including the terrific chef. The sommelier is a gem. She remembers the wines we had always has great suggestions; she knows what we like. No suggestions - we love The Bazaar and hope it never changes.

Service was very slow. Dirty martini was horrible and was very $$. The restaurant went out of their way to celebrate my bday which was very sweet, but the overall experience was a let down.

This was my be if the best culinary experiences we had in this trip to NYC. everything was to perfection and well thought of. Menu is innovative and food was so delicious. Wine dejection is amazing. Cocktail menu is very intriguing and wonderful.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to many Michelin restaurants in my life, and this restaurant has blown all of them away. The taste the presentation the service everything was amazing.

My guest was my husband and here is what he had to say…Wow!!! I have been in the hospitality profession for 40 years, so I can understand the challenges to please everyone. We indulged in the tasting menu and every course exceeded the next. This is so difficult to do and the chef and team nailed it. NYC has many great restaurants and I have been fortunate to dine at many. Chef Jose’s attention to detail, flavor and delivery was masterful.
