Had an awesome time at Banquet Ice District! The vibe was amazing, our server was super friendly, and the menu had so many great options. Definitely a place I’ll be back to! Highly recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a concert night!

Hands Down one of the best places to eat at the Ice District, especially on game nights. Service and food are always fantastic.

My friends and I liked the vibe of this place. The hostesses were friendly, and our server checked on us throughout our meal. However, it seemed like she forgot to ring in two of my friends’ beers because they never got them—not sure why she never admitted it. Later, one of my friends asked another server where the bathrooms were, and he replied, “Over there where the bathroom sign is.” The attitude wasn’t necessary, especially since the bathrooms were not located in an obvious area and there was absolutely no sign. Plus, being asked where the bathroom is part of his role as a server. Aside from that encounter and the missing beers, the food was tasty.

Perfect spot before concert or game. Super efficient but don’t feel rushed. Gluten free pizza is great.

Food was good. Quite enjoyed the Brisket sandwich. Caesar salad was bland and could have used more garlic and a lemon wedge. Waitress was busy but responded well to our asks and orders. Restaurant was very busy and very loud. Asked to have the music turned down but was told it was coming from the jukebox so no chance turning it down. Made it difficult to visit with the full table.

Our server was very attentive and made sure we were always taken care of. General Manager Rhys also came by to check on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back for our next pre game dinner!

Overall, the ambiance, servicing and noise level was great! It’s a cute styled restaurant that has activities for all to enjoy, it’s a calm atmosphere with great people and service. The staff is very polite and good conversationalists! They have great deals on each day, definitely check it out on their website! For food wise, I am disappointed in what I ordered, since it was not what I was expecting. I ordered the steak sandwich with “jumbo” shrimp, but it was not a sandwich, it was just a piece of burnt toast with small shrimp. So I was disappointed with how much I paid for that. With that being said, I’m sure other food options could’ve been outstanding. So I would try this restaurant again, just with a different option.

Bowling pins didn’t work, was only offered $11 off our bill when we paid $60 for an hour of bowling.
