Join The Americano Restaurant on Tuesday, December 24th for a special Four Course Christmas Eve Menu curated by Chefs Beau MacMillan and Peter McQuaid. $150-$185++ (Price determined upon Main Course selection and any add-ons) Plus tax and Automatic 20% Service Charge *A la carte version of our holiday menu available at the bar top only* A la Carte Kids Menu will be available for children 12 & Under Cancellations after 12:00pm 12/21/24, or no-shows, will be subject to $100 fee per person. Cancellation Fees can be credited towards a future dine-in bill through 1/31/25.

We went to Tell Your Friends with a 5:30 reservation. There were a few tables with people in them and the rest of the place was empty. They sat us in the very back corner table and the table was very small and compact and 4 adults shouldn’t have been sat there. We asked if we could move because it was ridiculous to think that was a space 4 adults could sit and they reluctantly moved us but said we would have to leave by 6:45. We said that was ok with us because we had reservations upstairs at 7. Once we moved, it was good service was the table was nice. It was pretty underwhelming at that time though. There was music getting set up so I’m sure if it was later, it would have been a fun vibe but I guess you just don’t get the experience unless you go later. When we went upstairs to The Americano, the service was bad. It was slow, drinks were missed but yet billed for and one of the steaks didn’t come out until 10 minutes after all the other food, and we had to ask another server to find it for us because our server wasn’t coming around to check on us. There was no acknowledgment of the delayed main-course which made it worse. We’ve been to The Americano in the past and the service was amazing, this time its wasn’t even “good”. The food is incredible, the atmosphere is beautiful but when you’re spending a certain amount of money, the service should match.

Yes, it’s higher price, but totally worth it. We went for my husbands birthday. The food was delicious and we split a bottle of wine. Our server, Sean was amazing and super attentive.

The Lamb chop special was just ok, four small ribs and a lot of fat. The steak was equally just ok nothing special. Maybe our expectations were just higher ? The crab cavatelli pasta was delicious. Drinks were fantastic.

This was our first time at Americano in Scottsdale. It was outstanding...truly a 5-star restaurant. From the minute we entered the restaurant until we left the service was exceptional. The entire staff paid attention to the smallest detail. The food and drink were some of the best we've ever had. Our group of 7 were all very happy with our delicious meals, from the Sea Bass, to the Salmon special to the amazing Smoked Eggplan5 Milanese. It was worth every penny and we will definitely return often.
