I’ve eaten at Terra several times and haven’t had a bad meal yet. The service is excellent, the ambience is beautiful, and the food is delicious. We love the grilled bread with salt and butter. The gem salad is also a favorite. A great place to eat with family and friends. We will be back!

Terrible service, they’re eager to sell you a fix priced menu with fish (not all the kids in our party eat fish) and told us our party of seven HAS to get the fix priced, then reversed course when we pushed back, clearly a fake rule they’re trying to impose to have you overspend on a seven course meal when we did not need seven courses -we’re all petite and share plates. The food was only so so, they serve a burrata & mushroom appetizer with stale bread we couldn’t even chew, charged us $10 for a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (since when balsamic not complimentary???), and they do not actually have the wine on the menu in stock…I’ll go somewhere more friendly where I don’t have to engage in a full blown negotiation about how much I want to eat -how dare restaurants try to impose a seven course meal, nobody tells me how much to eat, I don’t care how highly you think of your restaurant, only I know how much food I need at any given meal …this is why restaurants are shutting down: your chef doesn’t care enough to taste the bread you’re serving to know it’s not edible, you care more about the bottom line than your customers’ experience…this was a welcome family meal for my brother visiting from abroad,and it was the more embarrassment because I recommended the restauran. It felt like paying hundreds dollars to get berated by your staff, starting from the hostess at the door trying to ram down a price fix down our throats at the entrance, when we told her multiple times we’d like to order a la carte…since when you, the restaurant decides how much were to eat??? You’re not gonna last long with this kind of arrogant attitude and crappy service

Service was professional and attentive. We enjoyed dining on the rooftop patio with a heater. The house made pastas were yummy and the tiramisu was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I left my black leather gloves on a two-two at Terra's patio on 12/25 about 10:00 P.M. I've called and called. I've emailed. I even made faux reservations with the hope that the hostess will read and do something. What's wrong with people in hospitality today? Does the fish stink from the head down in this case?

It was not a great experience. Their system for delivering door and drinks is disjointed. My wife’s favorite drink is a lychee martini. Not sure what they delivered but it wasn’t a good drink. Plus it took about 10+ minutes from the time we ordered it until the time we received it. We ordered a bread plate. Asked for some balsamic and was told that cost $5.00. With my wife’s meat she asked for some hot Sause. They charged $3.00. Im not a cheap person but do expect value and there was little value. BTW, the reason your heater wasn’t working very well was because the tank was empty. Learn how to trouble shoot and problem solve. Waitstaff Megan, on the other hand represented you well and was a breath of fresh air considering everything that wasn’t There is the saying that you only have one chance to make a good first impression… this was not a good first impression

I was pleasantly surprised to find this restaurant open on Christmas. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff was welcoming despite the holiday rush. However, while the ingredients were good, the food didn’t quite meet our expectations in flavor. Overall, I appreciate the excellent service and their effort to stay open during the holidays.

We are a big fan of this place but iur Christmas day visit was extremely disappointing. If during the holidays you can't offer the same quality of food and the same service your clients are custom to, just dont stay open on holidays First off, they couldn't find our reservation. Then, they didn't offer heaters in certain areas in cold nights. Cocktails came in way after appetizers. Had to ask 3 times for drinks. Ordered 2nd round of drinks, after asking 3 different people, eventually they arrived after we were done with dinner. Food came not hot and not good at all. Disappointing food and horrible service. Never again during holidays. .
