   10. Palms is a very unique restaurant excellent service, friendly people. The quality of the food is excellent the freshness everything is so clean Our waiter. His name was JP very friendly. Efficient tends to hear every needs. I tried going there at least twice a month the service the food is extremely consistent. Hardly any change at all to the quality the service the cleanliness the atmosphere Today I brought my family my daughter everybody loved it. We had a wonderful time. Looking forward to going back there again and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who likes great entertainment, terrific food very friendly people.

   The snapper special was inedible, dry like shoe leather; it had to be sent back. The corned beef was dry and salty with undercooked cabbage and potatoes. There were not enough servers for the numbers of people who were there, so the service was slow. Not at all what we expected from one of our favorite places!

   The food was good. The lobster was especially good as was the ahi tuna salad. The Ruben sandwich strangely had one slice of bread toasted and one slice not toasted. The untoasted slice didn’t hold up and the sandwich fell apart after two bites. Had to be eaten with a knife and fork after that. Overall a fun day. Btw I recommend the 7 layer chocolate cake

   We arrived at 4:45, the time of our reservation, and they said they close at 5 pm even though they had reservations on Open Table. This is a restaurant where you can watch the horse races and the races were still going. I would not recommend that they should be on Open Table because they don't honor their reservations.

   Serving staff were amazing, as was the food. The noise level is high and hearing across the table can be hard ( impossible right before and during a race) I'd do it again - the buffet is worth $55 for 5 hours of eating.

   Everything was first class as always. We are snowbirds and make it to Ten Palms a few times durning our stay in the area. It’s great fun at Gulfstream! Our waiter JP is in my view the best. Always has time to make us feel special. Our table was perfect. Close to the finish line outside just as we had asked. Thank you! See you next year.

   I had a lobster roll and asked for some mayonnaise and the busboy came back with a dozen mayonnaise packets Not what I expected of a restaurant. Otherwise my husband did enjoy the buffet
