   Food wasn’t the most authentic and it was ok. Not worth the prices at all. Some non-veg dishes were very dry and vegetarian mains were very sweet for some reason. The gravy felt like it was dessert from how sweet it was. Music was too loud and it was a loud restaurant, considering how small it was. Service was probably the best as most our our food came within a few minute did ordering and we were out the restaurant within 2 hrs. Would not come back considering the prices and taste.

   Very bad place to go ever.. please don’t go if u have a special date .. it’s so noisy .. we left without even food.. we had reservation already and we waited there and nobody came to us to attend. It’s just a mess place to go.

   A complete mismanagement in terms of handling huge crowd on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Although it was good that only people who had reservations were allowed, there was no attempt to how to track the sequence of people reservation timings. Hope it will be taken care of asap.

   Food was not good . They literally served cold food and undercooked. I ordered crispy chilli gobhi, the gobhi was kinda undercooked/raw. And the overall food was not good. Bad experience

   Food was good. But the place was cramped for the valentines. The servers were just trying to push us to pay and leave soon. This was unpleasant and not expected from this category of restaurant

   Bhuna gosht was delicious, dahi kebab was okay and galouti was really bad, stretchy and chewy is something a galouti should never be. It's name suggests otherwise. The breads were decent. Overall, Main curry was the only saving grace in terms of taste and quality of food. The ambience is good, and the serving staff were helpful.

   Ordered Lahori Fish Fry, Dal Makni, Lamb Roganjosh, Rice and Naan.. Fish Fry was not good..no flavor, spice. Was 'fish and chips' style. Was supposed to come with 'Lemon, Coriander, Raw Mango and Mint Sauce' as per menu.. ours arrived with Carrots, Celery and a white sauce which the server said was tarter sauce.. I asked for the sauces as per the menu and she brought out the chutneys but after we had been waiting long, thus the fish had gotten cold. The 'Crispy Lavash' seems to be carrot and celery sticks.. Give this dish a miss The Dal was good but nothing special. The Lamb curry was good but 4 very small pieces of meat. Rice was sticky. Naan was good There was a band playing. They were good but too loud for a restaurant. Especially a small one.. as if they were playing in a club. As there were not many people in the restaurant the atmosphere was confusing It seems Tamarind is trying to be something it isn't and therefore is missing the mark on both ends.

    There was no Sufi night as advertised. This was a disappointment. Food was good and service was excellent!
