   The host and waiter were kind and attentive. I received a recommendation for a filet and it was absolutely delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.

   A treasured classic. Would I personally be happier if there were a couple of non-meat options, yes… but that is not why you go to Tadich. Clam chowder, prime rib, pan-fried locally caught fish with lemon butter sauce. My family was in heaven… and the Sidecar is vegetarian… so it’s all good.

   This old fashioned classic restaurant is one of my favorites. I've dined at Tadich for 40 years and it is something I can look forward to again and again.

   All in all, our experience was very good. Best clam chowder (white) I’ve had in quite a while. All 4 of our party were very pleased with the food. Tim, our waiter, was helpful, informative, very comfortable in his position and helped us feel relaxed given it was our first visit and the dining area was fairly busy/noisy. Service was prompt, and he went above and beyond trying to accommodate our daughter’s tree nut allergy (some readers will appreciate this as no small compliment). We would all recommend Tadich Grill without reservation and will likely be back when we return to the area.

   For me, this is the best restaurant in San Francisco. Probably always will be. It's full of history, and the love of San Francisco. This is for people who appreciate the classic not the trendy. This is 170 year old restaurant. The food is wonderful. The service is amazing. The drinks are ice cold. I knew I was gonna die tomorrow the last meal I'd like to have is at the Tadich.
