T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere.
Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. A few of their signature dishes are Trofie Pesto Genovese, Rigatoni Bolognese and a Pasta on the Wheel. Other delights include a Tuscan Roasted Half Chicken, Grilled Whole Branzino, and a beautifully presented Pot of Mussels.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu.
The 30 foot bar that can accommodate up to 14 people for cocktails or dinner, as well as an authentic Italian happy hour - Appertivi from Tuesday - Thursday.
The inviting patio provides outdoor dining on weather permitting evenings.
Massimo's 30 years of Food & Beverage experience in Italy and New York City shows in his hand selected wine list and speciality cocktails.

Enjoyed our dinner, the food was exceptional and our server was great. Took off one star as we had a reservation, arrived on time, and didn’t get seated for nearly an hour. Were offered to wait at the bar with no acknowledgement of the unreasonable wait time or an offer of comp drinks.

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic anniversary dinner there. Steak was cooked perfectly sides were delicious, and service was excellent! i would come again!! we live out of town definitely a must go if you are from out of town and are wanting a nice dinner.

Our server was AMAZING! Super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient:) She timed our food perfectly and knew just when to check in. So refreshing when so many restaurants rush you in and out. The food was incredible!! The gnocchi appetizer was perfection and obviously homemade, the salads were cold and fresh, and our pasta and fish main courses were delicious and piping hot. Not to mention our cocktails! Fabulous! We ended our meal with the flourless chocolate cake and the olive oil cake. Both were fantastic! The lighting was just right and the noise level allowed us to carry on a conversation without worrying about being completely overheard by the table next to us. We truly appreciated the owner of T54 stopping by our table to ensure we were happy with our meal. We are so lucky to have T54 so close to our home and would definitely recommend it to friends and family! Thank you for a great night out!

When we arrived, Mario was welcoming and gracious. He returned to our table to chat about how our was evening progressing. We shared neighborhood stories of Trenton where some of us lived, worked & dined. Our server Sarah was welcoming, friendly & the consummate professional.

This was the first time I went to T54, I was impressed with the menu and the service. I met the owner Massimo and had a wonderful discussion. My meal was amazing, and the dessert was delicious. I’m definitely going back soon!

We like this restaurant but this experience was not good. (I understand that the chef was on holiday.). The mussels were not as fresh as they should have been and the melanzane came out charred.

Everything from the service to the food was outstanding! We ordered the yellowfin hamachi appetizer and it was fantastic. My fiancé had the gnocchi special and let me tell you we were blown away at how delicious they were. Our first instinct was it wasn’t a lot of food but it wasn’t needed it was a perfect portion. I ordered the homemade tagliatelle with shaved truffles, I didn’t expect the chef/owner Massimo to come out and actually shave them on top of my dish in front of me. We will definitely be a regular!
