Located at the famed Opera Terrace atop the historic Grade II-listed Market Building, this striking space is a vibrant new addition to the area. Crowned by an Eric Parry-designed glass roof, the restaurant runs along the entire east side of the market making for beautiful rooftop views across the piazza.

Bold in design, SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden offers a host of inviting dining and drinking experiences: from the bar with its ‘living ceiling’; the exposed kitchen to the terrace overlooking the square below and the private dining room with its own entrance and terrace.

                                                  Service was all over the place. Neither our starter nor main course arrived at the same time - one diner sat with his main course getting cold and eventually started before the others arrived and had almost finished before they eventually did. There was no help from the staff with ordering, the menu was unclear with portion size. The bill was £100 per head and represented poor value. There are dozens of better places to eat in Covent Garden.

                                                  Perfect location right in the heart of Covent Garden with amazing views of the streets below. A fantastic atmosphere with great service and good food. Buzzy and fun, the best spot for sushi before the ballet.

                                                  The service was amazing! The environment and vibe of the restaurant was elite! I loved the greenery and lighting, it made you feel you were escaping to a tropical island dj club.

                                                  Food was excellent, unusual combinations but really lovely. plates come out ad hoc so if that bothers you be warned however it didn’t ruin our experience. Would recommend.

                                                  Afternoon Tea at Sushisamba is something a little different and also good value for money (vs the A la Carte menu). The deco is lovey and has a nice view of Covent Garden!

                                                  We had a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived until we woke up the next morning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, and the service was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our evening and are already planning our return visit, or perhaps we'll explore one of their other locations.

                                                  The service for the cupcakes was very long and the cupcakes were not good enough. We have complained about that and the manager of the restaurant helped us for the discount however, we’re not unhappy with the price. We are not happy with the service time.

                                                  We went for the premium set menu, all of which was memorably delicious. The lobster tacos were spectacular - I can still taste them. Excellent waiter service and overall a very enjoyable evening. Sharp intake of breath when the bill arrived though…….
